The PRD is YOUR best friend. It anchors plans and decisions, it helps you onboard new team members or stakeholders to the topic. And when you start writing it, it asks you the questions that you need to have answers for. After it is completed, I recommend a table read / active review of the content with your BUILD TEAM.

This PRD template gives you a framework of sections that belong in it as well as thought starters to add valuable details. You can copy this template and make it your own by adding questions that are most relevant for your teams in each section.
